Lodge Complaint
Clients have the right to approach our offices and seek redress if they are unhapy with our services. The person lodging a complaint will be responded to within 36 hours.
The Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000, upholds citizens’ rights to express their dissatisfaction with public services. If the promised standard of service is not delivered, citizens will be offered an apology, with a full explanation and a speedy and effective remedy. When complaints are made, customers will receive a sympathetic, positive response.

Office of the Public Protector
The Public Protector is an independent institution established in terms of section 181 of the Constitution, with a mandate to support and strengthen constitutional democracy. A supreme administrative oversight body, the Public Protector has the power to investigate, report on and remedy improper conduct in all state affairs. The Public Protector must be accessible to all persons and communities. Anyone can complain to the Public Protector.
